• Esto le permite a un usuario el mover una pregunta que haya creado a otra categoría
• Esta capacidad está permitida para los roles por defecto de Mánager y profesor

Note: The user must have permission to do this both in the context they are moving the question from and have the 'add' capability in the context to which they are moving the question.
