Logs show you the activity in your class of different days or times. This enables checking to see if everyone has done a certain task. When you select Logs from the Administration block, a report screen is revealed that allows you to set filter criteria for the type of logs you wish to view, including:
==Course logs==

* Course you want to view
'''Course logs''' show activity within the course.

* If “Groups” are enabled, which group you want to view
{{Course admin}}

[[Category:Teacher]]
* A specific participant (or All participants) whose logs you want to view

* A date (or all dates) for logs you want to view

* Which course activity (or All activities) logs you want to view

You can also watch current activity by clicking a popup window link '''Live logs from the past hour'''. There, you will see logs arranged under several headings: Time, IP address of the participant's computer, the full name of the course participant, the name of the action undertaken, and the name of the course the given logs concern.
