Note: In September 2020, Youtube disabled community contributed subtitles. Early in 2021 a "trusted contributor" scheme is planned, whereby specific translators can access channels with limited permissions to translate subtitles. Once this is in place, Moodle HQ will arrange for subtitles to be translated again.
