¿Porqué registrar mi sitio?

Su sitio necesita estar registrado si quiere usar la App Moodle. Al registrar su sitio Usted nos da una mejor imagen sobre cómo se usa Moodle en el mundo y nos ayuda a tomar decisiones acerca de nuevas características y plugins.

4 razones para registrarse

1. Mantenerse actualizado por Email cuando haya una nueva versión liberada de Moodle o alertas de Seguridad.
2. Recibir Moodle app notifications desde el servidor de mensajerìa https://messages.moodle.net.
3. Ser parte de las de la comunidad mundial.
4. Enlistar su sitio en nuestra lista de sitios de su país registrados. (¡Pero si Usted quisiera mantenerlo privado, también se puede!)
5. Hacer uso del servidor de mensajería https://messages.moodle.net/ para notificaciones en App Mobile.

¿Qué tal la seguridad?

Nosotros no compartimos su información con nadie. Nosotros no entramos a su sitio. Nosotros usamos los datos agregados anónimos para publicar las estadísticas de la comunidad mundial y usamos los otros datos para ayudarnos en nuestra toma de decisiones acerca de las nuevas características y plugins.

¿Cómo me registro?

Registre su sitio al ingresar como un administrador e ir a Administración del sitio / Registro. ¡Si Usted no es el administrador, solicítelo amablemente al administrador que lo revise!

Yo no quiero que se publiquen mis detalles

Su registro es privado a menos que Usted elija hacerlo público.

¿Necesito registrarme? ¿Qué pasa si no me registro?

El registro es opcional, pero no queremos que Usted se pierda de la información sobre asuntos importantes de seguridad o actualizaciones que pongan en riesgo a su sitio. Mientras más personas se registren, tendremos una mejor imagen de como se está usando Moodle y cuales aspectos podemos mejorar. Así, el registro es una situación de ganar-ganar para Usted y para nosotros.

Sin embargo, si Usted solamente quiere usar Moodle para hacer pruebas, Usted no necesita poner su sitio en línea y no necesita registrarlo.

¡No puedo registrar mi sitio!

Solamente pueden registrarse sitios que están disponibles en-línea. Si su sitio está en-línea y Usted tiene problemas para registrarse por favor mande un Email a support@moodle.org.

Si Usted encuentra un problema al actualizar su registro, por favor intente des-registrarse y después re-registrar su sitio. Para des-registrar su sitio, haga clic en el botón para ‘Des-registrar’ al fondo de la página para registro.

Tenga en cuenta que puede demorarse un buen rato antes de que su sitio sea enlistado, por lo que le pedimos que tenga paciencia.

No puedo actualizar mi registro

Try un-registering then re-registering your site. To un-register your site, click the ‘Unregister’ link at the bottom of the Registration page.

YA registré mi sitio, pero no está enlistado"

Assuming you wanted your site to be listed, be aware that the process can take a week or two, so be patient. If it is not listed after two weeks, get in touch via via the Moodle.com contact form.

Get in touch via the Moodle.com contact form with information about your site URL.

No puedo registrar mi sitio porque me da el mensaje due "Su sitio ya está registrado (Your site is already registered)"

Get in touch via the the Moodle.com contact form with information about your site URL and we will delete the original registration. Note: Sites on subdomains should be able to register, unless your site was created by copying the database of another site. (See MDLSITE-4141).

Me da error 403

This is not a Moodle error but an Apache configuration error that your hosts need to solve. If you are hosting the site yourself, then you can get support from the [https://moodle.org/course Moodle community forums.

Me da error 404

Me da error 500

Site registration does not work if the/admin/ folder is moved and $CFG->admin is set in config.php to something other than 'admin'. See MDLSITE-5237

"An error occurred during registration update (Invalid token - token not found)"

Try unregistering your site yourself by clicking the Unregister link at the bottom of the registration page. If that does not work, get in touch via the Moodle.com contact form and we will unregister your site.

"An error occurred during registration, please try again later. (Coding error detected...)"

"The hub cannot access your site"

• Your site must be on the internet to register; we cannot connect to "localhost".
• Allow all incoming requests from the IP address 52.31.34.236 and the User Agent "MoodleBot".
• If your site is behind a secure connection, we cannot connect to it to register. (However, you could open it up for a short time, register and then close it again)
• Make sure there are no firewalls preventing access to the Moodle server. Sites need to accept traffic from Amazon networks in order to register.
• Check if there is any kind of block for the network 52.192.0.0/11
• If you have tried all of the above and still cannot register, get in touch via the Moodle.com contact form
