Licence settings
- An administrator can specify the default site licence from Site administration > Licence > Licence settings.
- The setting 'Remember user licence preference' (enable by default) will remember the last licence selected by a user when uploading a file. If the setting is disabled, the default licence will be used.
Licence manager
- From the licence manager, the administrator can disable certain licences (except the specified default).
- A button 'Create licence' allows the administrator to enter details of a custom licence, along with its URL:

Un administrador puede habilitar cualquiera de o todas las siguientes licencias en Configuraciones > Administración del sitio > Plugins > Licencias > Gestionar licencias para selección del usuario al subir un archivo desde un repositorio de archivo.
- La licencia por defecto es Todos los derechos reservados pero este puede cambiarse en el menú desplegable. Las otras opciones están explicadas enlos enlaces inferiores:
- Todos los derechos reservados (opción por defecto)
- Dominio público
- Creative Commons
- Creative Commons - NoDerivs
- Creative Commons - No Commercial NoDerivs
- Creative Commons - No Commercial

- Otra - licencia que no está enlistada
Licencias que afectan lo que ven los usuarios
Nota: La licencia dada a un archivo al subirlo a Moodle no afecta de manera alguna su visibilidad dentro del curso. Simplemente crea la configuración por defecto para cuando se re-usa en otro lado. Esta licencia por defecto puede cambiarse al momento de mostrarse.
