Request: Please could someone from FRONTEND explain what is going on with MDL-40685 / MDL-40664 / https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Standardize_classnames_and_layout_to_facilitate_theming. There seems to be a noble goal to make things easier for themers, more accessible and more consistent for users. However, what needs to be done to implement this has not been explained to third-party (or core!) activity developers/maintainser, and anyway if this is about consistency, why does it involve changes in each activity, and not just in the theme layout files.
