Regression fix
- MDL-38474 - Teachers unable to access server files
Note: Moodle 2.2.9 is being released just one week after 2.2.8 in response to a serious regression being discovered in 2.2.8. Moodle 2.2.9 includes a fix for MDL-38474 but is otherwise the same as 2.2.8+.
Security issues
There are no new security issues fixed in this release.
