Introduction
This is an enhancement to the mod_assign that allows markers to be assigned to groups and they can only mark students in their own group. See: http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-31409

Features
Some interface for assigning markers to groups. These groups are different to the groups used for student team assignments. Markers without a "mark all submissions" capability will only be able to mark students in their own group. Should support blind marking etc.
