Filter submissions by "Late"
This is a proposal for an additional feature to add a filter to the grading table to only show "late" submissions.
Goals and rationale
The main goals of this feature are to :
- Allow a grader to easily grade only the submissions that were submitted late.
Overview
Currently in the assignment module, there are a few options for filtering the list of submissions. This feature would add a new filter option to only see the "late" submissions.

The feature is currently only a proposal

Changes to assignment settings
No changes to the assignment settings page (this feature would always be available - but there is no requirement to use it)
Changes to the grading table
An additional filter would be available from the filter menu "Late".

Use cases
Marking the submissions that are late
- Teacher sets a due date for the assignment and 34 out of 40 students submit on time.
- Teacher marks those submissions
- 1 week later 3 more students have submitted
- Teacher chooses "Late" filter to show only those late submissions.
