Certificates Tenants

This feature is part of Moodle Workplace™, which is available through Moodle Certified Partners and Service Providers only.Multi-tenancy support for certificates differs from other tools supporting multi-tenancy because certificates are linked to course categories and not tenants. Tenant users have access to certificates defined in their tenant's category or shared certificates defined at system level.
When specifying the course category, you implicitely configure which tenant the certificate belongs to. The certificate is available in the tenant that uses the selected course category, as defined in the tenant settings. When no course category is selected, the certificate is shared across all tenants.
You can set the course category when you create a new certificate or via the certificate Details tab:
