Staff Tenants

There are two options to access courses and programs from different tenants: Shared courses and Shared space.

Shared Courses

Courses can be placed in a special shared category visible across tenants (that is, a category that has the capability moodle/category:viewcourselist). Staff enroll learners from their teams; everyone sees cross-tenant users in forums or participants lists unless using separate groups (auto-created by tenant).

Shared Space

Courses and programs go into a shared space (admin-enabled once), appearing on all tenants' dashboards. Managers allocate their staff/learners to these; learners track progress normally in reports.
