親ロール

親ロールは、「子/メンティー/チューティー」の活動レポート、評定、ブログエントリ、フォーラム投稿等を「親/メンター/チューター」が閲覧できるパーミッションを与える場合に使用します。

ロールの設定

1. 「管理 > ユーザ > パーミッション > ロールの定義」にアクセスする。
2. 「新しいロールを追加する」ボタンをクリックする。
3. 名称、省略および説明にロール名を入力する。例) Parent
4. ケイパビリティmoodle/user:viewdetails を「許可」にする。
5. 下記のケイパビリティを「許可」にする。
   • ケイパビリティmoodle/user:readuserblogs - 子ブログエントリを閲覧するため
   • ケイパビリティmoodle/user:readuserposts - 子フォーラム投稿を閲覧するためposts
   • ケイパビリティmoodle/user:viewuseractivitiesreport - 子活動レポートおよび評定を閲覧するため
   • ケイパビリティmoodle/user:editprofile - 子プロフィールを編集するため
6. 「新しいロールを追加する」ボタンをクリックする。

ロールの割り当て

1. Access the child's profile page and click on the Roles tab i.e. assign the role in the user context
2. Choose the role to assign i.e. Parent
3. Select the parent in the potential users list, and use the left-facing arrow button to add it to the existing users list

The same parent may be assigned to several children.

メンティーブロック

Moodle 1.8

メンティーブロック provides a parent with quick access to their child's profile page via a link on the site front page.

1. On the site front page click "Turn editing on"
2. Choose Mentees from the Add a block drop-down menu
3. If required, give the Mentees block a title by following the block configuration/edit link

活動レポートの表示

If the capability moodle/user:viewuseractivitiesreport is set to allow then a parent may view their child's activity reports and grades. To access the activity reports and grades for each of their child's courses, the parent should follow each of the course links on their child's profile page.
