Changeable Theme Directory

1.7 will provide full support for specifying an alternative theme storage directory which will work with the theme selector. Developers should read the Development:Theme directory guide to ensure their themes start to use the appropiate variables for this. Administrators can read Theme directory to see how to take avantage of this feature.
