Die Moodle Demonstration Site ist eine Internetseite mit Beispielkursen. Man kann sich unter verschiedenen Rollen (Lehrer, Kursteilnehmer oder Administrator) anmelden und ist auch dazu eingeladen, die Kurse aktiv auszuprobieren und zu verändern. Die Seite wird stündlich auf einen sauberen Ausgangszustand zurückgesetzt, so dass man keine Angst haben muss, alles durcheinander gebracht zu haben. Veränderungen müssen nicht rückgängig gemacht werden, haben aber auch keinen Bestand bis zum nächsten Besuch.

Reale Kurse zur Demonstration von Moodle Funktionalitäten

Würden Sie gerne einen realen Kurs in ihrer oder einer anderen Sprache zur Verfügung stellen? Der Kurs sollte durchdachte Aktivitäten besitzen, die anschaulich die Funktionalitäten von Moodle aufzeigen.

Checkliste für Kursbeiträge:

1. Bitte prüfen Sie sorgfältig, dass der Gesamte von Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellte Kursinhalt frei von Copyrightrechten anderer ist oder unter die Creative Commons license fällt.
2. Optional: If you wish, add an HTML block with a title 'Course credit' similar to the course credit block in the Romeo and Juliet course.
3. Create a course backup without user data and with the following options selected:
   • Metacourse: No
   • Users: None
   • Logs: No
   • User files: No
   • Course files: Yes
4. Download the backup zip file then send it as an email attachment to helen@moodle.org.

Features demo courses in more languages

Would you like to translate the English Moodle features demo course into your language? If so, please contact Helen Foster and mention your plans in your community discussion course on moodle.org.

To translate the English Moodle features demo course into your language:

1. Download the Moodle 1.9.3 Features Demo course backup from the Moodle Features Demo course on demo.moodle.org. (Login with one of the demo accounts, such as username admin and password demo.)
2. Install the course on your Moodle site. See Administration FAQ for details of how to do so.
3. Translate the course.
4. Optional: If you wish, add an HTML block with a title 'Course credit' similar to the course credit block in the Romeo and Juliet course.
5. Create a course backup without user data and with the following options selected:
   • Metacourse: No
   • Users: None
   • Logs: No
   • User files: No
   • Course files: Yes
6. Download the backup zip file then send it as an email attachment to helen@moodle.org.

We're planning on moving existing demo courses in the Moodle demonstrations category on moodle.org to demo.moodle.org soon.

Demo course updates

You may update any course you have donated at any time by updating the course on your Moodle site. Back it up without user data then send the backup zip file to Helen Foster. The existing course on demo.moodle.org will then be replaced by the updated one.

Note: All demo courses are offered under a Creative Commons license. Please ensure that all content of donated courses is copyright-free or offered under a Creative Commons license.
