I am not too sure about this heading because if admins don't know if something is a plugin they won't know to click here | |||
But in the next level down all the relevant plugins should be named with links to their pages so in the TOC it might be more useful? | |||

But in the next level down all the relevant plugins should be named with links to their pages so in the TOC it might be more useful?
