Embedded reports provide a way for a developer to insert a report builder report into the code of the page. Once done the report can't be deleted, but an administrator can have full control over all the filters, columns and other settings just like a user generated one.

Login as demoadmin/demoadmin then click the edit report button to see the settings page.
