For Requirement - 1.1 Instructor Browses Available Outcomes and Maps Course to Appropriate Outcomes

As per Our Understanding: Instructor  maps the outcome(s) to the course through Edit course settings page[i.e.via Course Administration > Edit Settings]. Please Clarify?

Currently for Instructor: Outcomes option is available under Course Administration, where Instructor is adding and Removing Outcomes, Will this option still be available ? Please Clarify ?

   1.10 Backup / Restore Common Cartridge with Outcome ID

Can you please provide the mockup screen for back and restore with outcomes and common cartridge with outcome ID.
