Language packs without maintainer

The following is a list of language packs which were started for Moodle 1.x but do not yet have a maintainer for Moodle 2.0 onwards.
If your language is listed and you'd like to volunteer to become language pack maintainer, please email our translation coordinator, Koen, translation@moodle.org.
