Talk:Upload a file repository

When this repository is disabled or set to Enabled, but hidden, the drag-and-drop file in course page (or other associated file areas) is completely disabled as well.

This may be seen as a serious issue when debugging issues where users can't upload files to their courses (in editing mode).
