Capabilities/enrol/dynamicrule:config

This feature is part of Moodle Workplace™, which is available through Moodle Certified Partners and Service Providers only.

• This allows a user to configure the "Enrol users into a course" and "Unenrol users from a course" actions, respectively in a Dynamic Rule
• This capability is allowed for the default role of Administrator
