Moodle's Autosave plugin for TinyMCE is not the same as TinyMCE's core autosave plugin.
Rather than store in the browser, Moodle's plugin stores autosave data in the database instead.
This is mitigates a potential privacy risk and risk of data exposure where users share devices.
