This feature is part of Moodle Workplace™, which is available through Moodle Certified Partners and Service Providers only.This site is part of Moodle Workplace's Migration tool. The Allow course content backup settings controls whether users who have the permission to backup courses (moodle/backup:backupcourse) are allowed to include content as part of a migration export. If not set (the default), only users who have permission to edit site configuration (moodle/site:config) can export content as part of migration.
Enabling this setting is likely to cause a significant increase in the size of your migration export files.
