User profiles in Moodle Workplace

This feature is part of Moodle Workplace™, which is available through Moodle Certified Partners and Service Providers only.

The User Profile page has been extended in Moodle Workplace with the following elements:

Learning

The Learning block shows any overdue certifications and programs of the user. Selecting the link redirects the user to certification progress report and program progress report, respectively.

Jobs

The Jobs block displays information about the user's positions, organisations, and reporting lines. Every member of the organisation can view departmental context and (multiple) job roles to get a clear picture of how each individual fits into the wider company structure.

For each job, the following data is shown:

• User's position
• User's organisation
• Number of direct reports, including link to the user's People page

In the above example, the user has 2 jobs, the second one with 2 direct reports.

Reporting to

The block shows any managers the user is reporting to, including an option to directly message them.
