If you're a teacher in Moodle, then this page will tell you about the major changes affecting you in Moodle 3.11

Activity completion

Show or hide activity deadlines and completion criteria on the course page.
Accessiblity checker

Identify and correct accessiblity errors in your course content.

H5P and content bank

Mark content as 'unlisted' and see when it is linked elsewhere.
Question settings retained

Change the default settings once and have Moodle remember then the next time you create a similar question.

Better task management

A new Tasks running screen displays your current ongoing tasks. See Scheduled tasks.
LTI improvements

LTI improvements include dynamic registration and multiple content item selection.
