このケイパビリティでは、ユーザによる他のユーザプロフィール編集を許可します。例えば、プロフィールの編集に加えて、すべての設定 (ユーザ名、パスワード、認証方法、パスワード変更の強制等) を変更することができます。
This capability is for administrators. It may only be applied in the system context i.e. as a global role.
