New filters for user tours
User tours may now be filtered by category, course and course format, making tours target more specific areas of your site.

Database entry tagging
'Data records' is now part of the default tag collection, allowing for more possibilities with Managing tags.

Improved Global Search
If Global search is activated,HTML block content may now be searched and if the admin setting "Search all courses" is enabled, then users can search courses they are not enrolled in but are allowed to view.
