Hi, I installed Moodle 3.8.1+ yesterday. I uploaded several student records. I have selected a course. But in the Settings block in the course, under Course administration, under Users, there is no "Bulk enrolments" though it is mentioned in the page https://docs.moodle.org/39/en/Bulk_enrolments

I checked the plugins in site administration. "Bulk enrolments" is not there. I clicked "Install plugins", then "Install plugins from Moodle plugins directory". It switched page to https://moodle.org/plugins/index.php?moodle_version=34&refer Neither here nor in https://moodle.org/plugins/index.php?moodle_version=38 I cannot see "Bulk enrolments".

How can I get "Bulk enrolments" plugin?
