- This capability has been defined (as of 1.7.1) to allow the user to manage grade exceptions in a given course.
- Grade exceptions allow the person with this capability to determine which students or assignments should or should not be present in the gradebook.
- This appears to have been removed in Moodle 1.9. See moodle/grade:manage
