Moodle Docs now authenticates against moodle.org i.e. your moodle.org username and password are required to login to Moodle Docs.
Full name usage
When you first login to Moodle Docs, a check will be performed to determine whether your full name already exists. If so, you will be allocated a full name suffixed with 2 (or 3, 4 etc.).
User page redirects
If you have made a number of contributions to Moodle Docs prior to the authentication change, you may wish to redirect your old user and talk pages to your permanent user and talk pages. If so, please copy the text then add a redirect to your old user and talk pages using #REDIRECT [[User:Full name]] and #REDIRECT [[User talk:Full name]].
Profile updates
Please note that you may update your email address via your moodle.org profile page and the change will be reflected in MoodleDocs. However, if you update your full name then the change will NOT be reflected in Moodle Docs.

Please report any Moodle Docs authentication bugs in the tracker, selecting the project Moodle.org sites then the component docs.moodle.org.
