Moodle 2.0, our biggest release ever - two and a half years of work by hundreds of people - is now available!  It contains a huge number of core changes to the platform, most of which are designed to give 3rd party developers more flexibility, scalability and safety.

In Moodle 2.1 the core development teams will focus on improving core interfaces for users, tackling one or two of the following tasks at a time.
