Advanced features

The Advanced features screen in Site administration > Advanced features contains a number of features that may be enabled/disabled globally by the site administrator.

• Comments
• Tags functionality
• Notes
• Portfolios
• Web services
• Messaging
• Notification email override - for allowing users to enter a different email address in Administration > My profile > Messaging
• Statistics
• RSS feeds
• Blogs
• Networking
• Completion tracking - for both Activity completion and Course completion
• Restrict access
• Plagiarism plugins
• Badges

Note: Some pages have a "Show advanced" button which reveals extra options for the user to select from. This is not connected to the Advanced features screen.
