Scheduler: All Appointments

This screen allows a "power" teacher to manage all appointments in the scheduler, independently to whom the slot has been entered for. Basically, the features are similar to the My Appointments screen, but showing slots for all teachers or user who have the mod/scheduler:attend capability.
Add And Delete Commands
The Add and Delete control bar has similar features and behaviour as described in the page My Appointments
