i download MoodleWindowsInstaller-latest-19 after that i tred to installed that on my pc and click on Start Moodle.exe but it is not starting after that i install manually php-5.3.5,apache server ,my sql and i put moodle root folder(server) in "C:\AppServ\www path"

after that when i am access moodle page then it is commming well only problem is that on page http://localhost/server/moodle/install .php all installation points are correct instead of "Insecure Handling of Globals " it is showing bellow error

Please give me the solution where i am wrong so i cal reduce that problem and able to work on moodle.
