Cron Requirements and Frequency

My understanding of this new Scheduled Tasks feature is that you still need to run the CRON scripts (\admin\cli\cron.php or http:\\yoursite\admin\cron.php) at regular intervals. In fact this script should be run more frequently than in previous versions (every minute as opposed to every fifteen minutes) according to one of the Using Moodle forum messages that I've read.
