The Advanced features screen in Site administration > Advanced features contains a number of features that may be enabled/disabled globally by the site administrator.

- Tags functionality
- Notes
- Portfolios
- Web services

- Notification email override - for allowing users to enter a different email address in Administration > My profile > Messaging
- Statistics
- RSS feeds
- Blogs
- Networking
- Completion tracking - for both Activity completion and Course completion
- Restrict access
- Plagiarism plugins
- Badges
- Stealth activities
- Analytics
- Emojis - for disabling emojis on the site if they are unwanted or unsupported.
