AJAX and Javascript settings

Admins can choose to enable/disable AJAX across the whole site and also AJAX course editing in Settings > Site administration > Appearance > AJAX and Javascript.

It is recommended that AJAX is enabled, since it is required for an increasing number of features in Moodle, such as quick forum rating.
