Setting up a questionnaire
If you are creating a new survey or editing an existing template you will be able to define the overall settings via the Editing survey page.
Personality Questionnaire
Ever wonder why you come home from a big party exhausted? or why you have to make connections in your mind to understand new material? I'm going to send you out on a search for answers. It won't take long...15-20 minutes and you will use your results to answer the questions in the questionnaire. Then I will analyze your answers for trends and commonalities among us and report back to you.

2. Complete the inventory and write down your four letter results.
3. If you like, you can get further information on your typology at [2]
4. Return to this questionnaire and complete your answers.

Owner
This is determined in the adding a questionnaire options.
Title/Sub-title
Give the questionnaire a title and optional sub-title. The title will appear on every page of the survey.
Additional Info
This will appear before the questions of your survey and should include any relevant details on the purpose of the questionnaire and instructions for completion.
Confirmation Page
If you have created a custom completion page you can enter the URL to it here, or you can type in the title and text you would like displayed as a confirmation page for users who complete the survey.

Theme
Select a theme for your questionnaire. These appear to be stored in "mod\questionnaire\phpESP\public\css".
