The ticket recollection form is a single form having at least a summary textfield and a description textarea.

In addition, there is provision to add any set of recollection fields that can be picked within the module scope definition, or a site wide shared set of form components.

All form elements can be textfields, textareas, dropdown lists, checkbox (multianswer) or radio button sets.

File attachements are now handled as an additional "file" element type.

Radio and checkbox set elements can be arranged in vertical layout or horizontal layout.
