On this page you will specify the Mediasite settings as well as add new sites (Mediasite connections) and edit or delete existing ones. The Mediasite settings provide additional parameters when connecting to Mediasite from Moodle to access content. Click Add Site to add a Mediasite connection.

Update the following settings as needed and click Save changes:

Select a default server: If there are multiple connections, select the one that you want to be used for this course, by default, when adding Mediasite content to a course.

Open Mediasite content in new window: Select this check box to have presentation and catalogs open in a pop-up window when the user clicks the link from the Moodle course page.

Ticket duration: Enter the amount of time connection must be inactive before it times out. The default time is 300 seconds.

Restrict playback to client IP: Select this check box to ensure an IP address is used when connecting to and being authenticated by the Mediasite.
