Talk:Course backup

I recently upgraded from Moodle 1.9 to 2.2. I was able to maintain the content of my courses with the exception of the course files. Before upgrading, I did a backup of the moodledata folder which contains all of the course files in various subfolders. Is there an easy way to restore the course files currently in my moodledata folder (from Moodle 1.9) to each course that now resides in Moodle 2.2? Or must I upload each file again individually? Hoping the former! :)
