Export questions

Exports in the standard IMS QTI (version 2.0) format. Note that this generates a group of files within a single 'zip' file.

Note: This export format is no longer available in Moodle 2.2. See the discussion Warning: derelict QTI2 exporter gone from Moodle 2.2 for more details.
