Belongs in DEV?

Helen, I see you moved this from 1.9. I do not see the connections to 2.0 or 2.1. 2.1 has customized web services, which is how I ended up on this page. This page does not help me understand anything about the plugins> Webservices > External services. IMO it is a historical document which says at the top people should follow other Moodle Documentation in 2.x --Chris collman 01:16, 29 October 2011 (WST)
