No longer a stub
I am not sure why stub was placed on this page. I created an brief intro, let people know where the links went to, added a see also which showed M&P, Discussion and Download links. Suggest that M&P entry be shortened to the intro and features, as it duplicates Moodle Documentation. One of my organizations just got rid of their OMR scanner but was running 1.5 at the time.
