Suggestions for improving Lesson settings page

• [mod/lesson/mod]] -> Adding/editing a lesson moved to Lesson settings - GU, Nov 10, move some of this to Building Lesson - the stage after the initial setup is done.
• Guide the user through the first step of creation and equivalent of clicking 'edit settings'(include permissions).
• Everything BEFORE the creator clicks 'Save and display' and starts building (stage 2 - Building Lesson).
• Use headings, annotated screenshots welcome!
• USEFUL lots of useful references in Lesson module

Admin settings

Mentioned before in the TOC page, the need for various defaults. I think we have a "Lesson default" page. If so, I will shorten the "site admin settings" on this page :)
