Wondering about length of multi language, section. Good information. I thought it was a good idea to create a page "Multi language content" with these instructions, then link from from here to the new page, as was done under in other sections. Decided to do it because this will also allow Jeff and Tim to break that page into sections. If I overstepped, I apologize and Helen can fix it. --chris collman 16:06, 26 August 2006 (CDT)

Noticed somebody mentioned using a filter to solve a problem - happen to be Resource Linking. Could not find a description in 1.5.3 filter (no help button) and MoodleDoc filter page did not have any reference to that and several other filters which are on my 1.5.3 version. Went to 1.6 and took the basic idea from that help menu to create some words.--chris collman 20:28, 10 August 2006 (WST)

I clicked on this link. It took me to a YouTube page that said it was a private video and it seems to be a trailer for a movie called Quarantine that is supposed to be in theaters next month (October '08). What does that have to do with Moodle filters? --Richard Enison 10:42, 25 September 2008 (CDT)

Hi Richard, it seems the video was removed from YouTube so I've deleted the link. Thanks for pointing it out. --Helen Foster 09:30, 26 September 2008 (CDT)

pointed to Filters_2.0, also very useful overview from Filters
Filters are in this section because they filter/do something with content...
each filter to come with 'what is it used for', 'how to' and examples, links, screenshots wherever possible
Filters - GU, Jan 11, useful containing links to different filters and general info on filters
Filters_2.0 - GU, Dec 10, good general info copied from Filters and updated with things like course level (new in M2) etc,
could perhaps do with a menu on the side, check for accuracy and how well filters are working in 2.0 (from memory there were
problems with maths notation filter...)
Filters_FAQ - OU, Dec 10, can be expanded
Development:Filter_enable/disable_by_context - important feature & good to get background for those writing the article
