What the creator (eg. teacher) needs to do and in building the activity AFTER the initial setup (edit settings) and
and BEFORE it is opened to participants (eg. students).

Database export

Although Tomaz suggests that information on database export is added to Building Database, as it's only applicable after the activity is open to participants, I think it makes more sense to add it to Using Database. --Helen Foster 23:26, 27 September 2011 (WST)
