config-dist.php
In the section "Set default course blocks rather than using sticky blocks" says to look at lines 20-25 in config.php for some variable definitions, but I don't see them. Is this because I'm on 2.1.1 instead of 2.0? I did find the variable in config-dist.php but this file is not called anywhere. One of the hacks even says to uncomment a line in config-dist.php. I think that documentation should probably be removed.
