Capabilities/mod/forum:postwithoutthrottling

  • This allows a user to post in a forum without ever being blocked i.e. it exempts them from the post threshold for blocking (as set in Settings > Forum administration > Edit settings).
  • This capability is not set for the default role of student and is allowed for the non-editing teacher and teacher roles.
