Nom du sondage
Donnez un nom court à votre sondage (ex: "Couleur préférée"). Il sera affiché sur la page d'accueil de votre cours.
Texte de la question
Tapez la description de votre sondage ici. Cela devrait contenir la question à laquelle vous souhaitez que vos étudiants répondent. Par exemple "Quelle est votre couleur préférée ?".

Here is where you specify the options that participants have to choose from. In our example, the numbered options could be e.g. "blue", "green", "red", "yellow", etc.
You can fill in any number of these: if you leave some of the options blank, they will not be displayed.
Limiter le nombre de réponses permises
This option allows you to limit the number of participants who can select each particular option.
Once Limits have been enabled, each option can be assigned a limit. When the limit is reached then no-one else can select that option. A limit of zero (0) means that no-one can select that option.
If Limits are disabled then any number of participants can select any of the options.
Sondage limité dans le temps
This setting allows you to define a time window within which participants are allowed to make a choice.
To set an open-ended close date just set the time very far in the future.
If you don't need this at all then uncheck the box.
Mode d'affichage
This setting allows you to choose how the choices will be displayed to the participants: horizontally, or vertically.
Hint: In most cases, if there are only a few choices with little text, they may be positioned horizontally. However, if there are more than 5-6 choices or if the text of the choices is longer than 2-3 words, it should be better to display them vertically. (red arrow, below)

This setting determines whether (and when) the students will be able to view the results of the choice activity. They may:
- never see the results of the choice
- see the results only after they have given the answer themselves
- see the results only after the closing date of the choice
- always see the results

If the choice results are shown to students, this setting determines whether the results will be anonymous.

If this is set to "Yes", students can change their mind after they have voted. If it's set to "No", students cannot change their choice. (lime green arrow, above)

Type des groupes
Les types de groupes peuvent être définis à deux niveaux :
- Cours - Lorsque le type des groupes est fixé au niveau du cours, il devient le type par défaut pour toutes les activités du cours. Il peut être défini dans les paramètres du cours.
- Activité - On peut définir le type des groupes au niveau de chaque activité qui supporte les groupes. Toutefois, si dans le cours le paramètre « Imposer le type des groupes » a été fixé, Moodle ignore le type des groupes défini dans les activités.
Il y a trois façons d'utiliser les groupes :
- Pas de groupe
- Il n'y a pas de groupes, tout le monde fait partie d'une seule communauté.
- Groupes séparés
- Chaque groupe ne peut voir que son propre groupe, les autres groupes étant invisibles.
- Groupes visibles
- Chaque groupe travaille uniquement dans son propre groupe, mais les autres groupes sont visibles.
Visible pour les étudiants
Il est possible de cacher le sondage pour les étudiants en choisissant ici l'option Cacher. C'est utile par exemple lorsque vous n'avez pas encore terminé de préparer votre sondage, ou que vous ne désirez pas le mettre tout de suite à la disposition des étudiants.
