I am having a lot of trouble creating more than one question for my survey. I also don't understand the relationship between a "field" and a "question." This is not explained in these pages. I tried to create more questions by entering a different field name and adding different text to the text body but I still ended up with only one question. I am using version 1.8. think the problem is that I have no "New Question" button, which is referred to when I click on the help page for "Editing a Questionnaire."
